Avocado oil is rich with essential fatty acids and is deeply moisturizing. It can help skin retain its natural moisture, and is good at penetrating the first few
layers of skin to make it feel supple and nourished through and through.
Avocado oil is often used in blends to improve skin’s elasticity, and to reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. If soap tends to dry or irritate your skin, you can use avocado oil as a cleanser instead.
